On February 16, a delegation of government officials from the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) visited the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan on a study visit: Kirillin G.V., Minister of Foreign Relations and Peoples' Affairs of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia); Noev A.I., Minister of Culture and Spiritual Development of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia); Maximov B.V., Deputy Head of the Department of Foreign Economic Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Relations and Peoples' Affairs of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia); Antonova A.K., Deputy Head of the State Autonomous Institution of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) «Yakutia Congress Center»; Bryzgalova S.S., Deputy Director of the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) «Institute of Geocultural Development»; Sadovsky A.Yu., producer of the Suorun Omolloon State Opera and Ballet Theater.

During the meeting, Deputy Director for Library Work of the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan A.H. Yusupova spoke about the activities of the library, issues of further cooperation were discussed, and an introductory tour of the library, reading rooms and book corners of foreign countries at the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan was also conducted for the guests.
