On December 1, Astana hosted the closing ceremony of the final stage of the annual traditional festival "Rukhani Kazyna – 2023", organized by the Committee of Culture of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan among workers and organizations in the field of culture and art.

At the closing ceremony of the “Rukhani Kazyna – 2023” festival, Vice Minister of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan Arman Adilkhanuly Zhudebayev spoke and congratulated the winners of the festival.

Among the applications submitted by the jury of the library sector, they were recognized as worthy of prize nominations and special prizes:

             «Uzdik oblystyk manyzy bar kitaphana»: Turkestan Regional Universal Scientific Library "Farab" – 1,000,000 tenge (one million);

             «Uzdik audandyk (kalalyk) manyzy bar kitaphana»: Centralized library system of Burlinsky district of West Kazakhstan region, city library №3 – 1 000 000 tenge (one million);

             «Uzdik auyldyk manyzy bar kitaphana»: Almaty region, Ili district, Akshinsky rural Children's Library – 1,000,000 tenge (one million);

             «Balalar, jasospirimder nemese balalar zhane jasospirimderge arnalgan uzdik kitaphana»: Zhambyl Regional Children's and Youth Library named after D. Kunaev - 1,000,000 tenge (one million);

             «Ayryksha kazhettiligi bar azamattarga arnalgan uzdik kitapkhana»: Shymkent, Shymkent city Special library for blind and visually impaired citizens – 1,000,000 tenge (one million);

             «Oblystyk manyzy bar kitaphananyn uzdik kyzmetkeri»: head of the department of information and bibliographic support of the Atyrau Regional Scientific and Universal library named after G. Slanov Sabirov Kuralai                                      Shapagatovna - 500,000 tenge (five hundred thousand);

              «Audandyk (kalalyk) manyzy bar kitaphananyn uzdik kyzmetkeri»: methodologist of the Kargaly central district library of Aktobe region Kartbayev Kanat Talapbaevich – 500,000 tenge (five hundred thousand);

              «Auyldyk manyzy bar kitaphananyn uzdik kyzmetkeri» – librarian of the central library of the Yerementau district of Akmola region Khujanova Zhadyr Sabyrovna – 500,000 tenge (five hundred thousand);

              «Ayryksha kazhettiligi bar azamattarga arnalgan kitaphananyn uzdik kyzmetkeri» – bibliographer of the department for work with blind and visually impaired citizens of the L. N. Tolstoy Kostanay Regional Universal Scientific                       Library Stepanova Anastasia Vladimirovna – 500,000 tenge (five hundred thousand);

               In honor of the "100th anniversary of Takhaoui Akhtanov: the regional universal scientific library named after S. Baishev of Aktobe region – 300,000 tenge (three hundred thousand).
