On November 22, in the West Kazakhstan Regional Universal Scientific Library named after Zhuban Moldagaliev, employees were certified (stage I, testing), in accordance with paragraph 7 of Article 139 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and subparagraph 5 of Article 9 of the Law "On Culture" and Order of the Minister of Culture and Sports No. 189 dated June 29, 2016 "On approval of the Rules and conditions for the certification of civil servants of state cultural organizations."

The certification was carried out to determine the compliance of employees with their positions, categories and qualification characteristics.

The attestation was attended by the Director of the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Chairman of the Kazakhstan Library Union B.K. Ospanova as chairman of the attestation commission, G.A. Makhanbetova as a member of the commission. In addition, they took part in the television program "Kunshuak" of the regional TV channel "Akzhayyk". During the conversation, the issues of the country's librarianship, the history of the National Library, the status of the librarian, etc. were touched upon.
