On November 23, the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan hosted a round table dedicated to the 800th anniversary of Sultan Beybars.

The purpose of the event is to popularize among young people around the 800th anniversary of Sultan Beybars, the ruler of the Mamluks from the Kazakh land.

The moderator of the round table is Bakhyt Zhagiparuly, laureate of the prize of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, holder of the Order of "Kurmet", senior editor of the Almaty branch of Radio “Kazakh Radio” and Radio “Shalkar”.

The event was attended by Professor of the Department of Philosophy of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, scientific adviser of the Al-Farabi International Research Center, knight of the Order of “Parasat”, Doctor of Philosophy Zhakypbek Altaev, zhyrshy, termeshi, Honored Worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan, holder of the Order of "Kurmet", author of the program "Inzhu-Marzhan" in Kazakh Radio Zarli Koishygul Mustafauly told about Sultan Beybars, who was the ruler of the Mamluks, and shared new information from the history of the Mamluks.

Students of the Academy of Logistics and Transport and the Almaty College of Railway Transport exchanged views and read poetry.
