In the O. Zhandosov reading room of the “Kazakhstan Kitaptary” Service, a book exhibition "Tole bidin talimi" was organized, dedicated to the 360th anniversary of the birth of an outstanding Kazakh figure, the chief biy of the senior zhuz, one of the authors of the code of laws "Zheti Zhargy", speaker and poet Tole bi.

In the O. Zhandosov reading room of the «Kazakhstan Kitaptary» Service, a book exhibition «Tole bidin talimi» was organized, dedicated to the 360th anniversary of the birth of an outstanding Kazakh figure, the chief biy of the senior zhuz, one of the authors of the code of laws «Zheti Zhargy», speaker and poet Tole bi.

Tole bi was born in 1663 in the Zhaysan tract on the banks of the Chu River (Zhambyl region). He was an educated man of his time, possessed the art of poetic eloquence. Numerous sayings, aphorisms and court decisions are associated with the name of Tole bi. He has been involved in controversial family affairs since the age of 15. He is known as a fair judge (bi). He supported Tauke Khan in his struggle for the formation of a unified Kazakh khanate and the centralization of power. Together with Kazybek and Aiteke biyami, he called for the unity of the Kazakh zhuzes to resist the Dzungarian invasion. He supported Tauke Khan in the process of joining the senior zhuz to Russia.

Tole bi is one of the drafters of the code of Kazakh laws «Zheti zhargy», in which the social and legal norms of Kazakh society were legally enshrined.

Tole bi's resourcefulness, wisdom and subtlety of judgment were recognized during his lifetime by Bukhar, Kazybek and Aiteke. With the writing and implementation of the «Seven Commandments» of Tauke Khan, the name of Tole has firmly entered the consciousness of the people.

The purpose of the presentation is to familiarize readers with the personality of the great orator, his role in the history of the Kazakh people, to talk about his wise and the national laws of the legendary people, to introduce patriotic youth to our great predecessors.

A brief presentation is made from two parts. The first part of the brief exhibition «genius appearance» contains material about life and activity to the bi Alibekuly: encyclopedias, biographies and literature about him.

The second section «Biler sozi – akyldyn kozi» presents the works of a thinker who made a great contribution to the oratory of the Kazakh people, who strengthened the unity of the country: «Kazaktyn bi-sheshenderi» (1993), «Dasturli kazak kogamyna tan biler institutes» (2004), «Biler sozi kieli» (2018), «Dasturli kukyktagi biler soty» (2008), «Dalanyn dara dilmarlary» 2001, «Tole bidin bi retindegi bilik- sheshimderi» (2010), «Tole bi» (2008).
