Director of the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan Ospanova Bakytzhamal Kairbekovna participates in the jury in the annual traditional festival "Rukhani Kazyna – 2023", held by the Committee of Culture of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Astana from November 27 to December 1, 2023.

The main purpose of this event is to identify the creative achievements of cultural and art organizations. Support for talented, original creative teams and performers. Development and popularization of the best traditions and achievements of national culture and art, improvement of professional skills of participants, creation of conditions for the exchange of experience of specialists.

On November 27, at the opening ceremony of the “Rukhani Kazyna – 2023” festival, held at the National Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Chairman of the Culture Committee of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan Seitova Kumis Karsakbayevna made a welcoming speech and wished good luck to the participants of the festival.

Participants of the festival of the library sphere will compete in such nominations as "Best Library of Regional Importance", "Best Library of Regional (City) Importance", "Best Library of Rural Importance", "Best Library for Children and Teenagers", "Best Library for Citizens with Special Needs", as well as "Best Library Employee of Regional (City) Importance", "Best Library Employee of Rural Importance", "Best Library Employee for Citizens with Special Needs", etc. The festival will be organized in the following categories: "Best Library of Regional Importance", "Best Library of Rural Importance", "Best Library Employee of Citizens with Special Needs", "Best Library for Citizens with Special Needs", "Best Library for Children and Teenagers", "Best Library for Citizens with Special Needs" and others.
