Specialists of the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan within the framework of the Virtual Library School at the Kazakhstan Library Union holds a refresher course from October 26 to December 3, 2020 for the library specialists of the National Academic Library of Kazakhstan in Nur-Sultan.

On November 30 the head of the World Literature Service Tuyakova Salima Toktasynovna, chief specialist of the Rare Books and Manuscripts Service Bekturbekova Fatima Kuralbekovna, chief specialist of the World Literature Service Kulieva Bayan Ungarovna and librarian Ashirova Farida Gaydarovna conducted a lesson on the theme "Users of library and information services" from the experience of the World Literature Service of the National Library of the RK. At the lesson was told about the basic functions of the department, the Book Corner and Information Center of Development, about the work with WEB-RABIS modules "Search and Order", "Delivery of Books", about the organization of book and virtual exhibitions and about library ethics. There was a dialogue in question-and-answer format on the requests of colleagues.
