On December 23rd in the Hall of N.Dauletova held a creative evening "Zhambyl zhane zhastar" and presentation of books "Kek", "Zher zhuregi" of the writer, zhambylologist, winner of the International Zhambyl Award, Nagashybek Kapalbekuly, the public figure, and also presentation of the 10-volume collection "Zhambyl Zhabayev" and 30-volume collection "Zhambyl alemi", devoted to 175 anniversary of the Kazakh poet, zhyrshy Zhambyl Zhabayev.

The event was opened by the director of the National Library of Kazakhstan, Ospanova Bakytzhamal Kairbekovna, who read out a congratulatory message and a letter of congratulations from N. Kapalbekuly, Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan Aktoty Raimkulova.

Nurzhan Kuantayuly, a poet-writer, Daryn State Prize laureate, academician of the Academy of Journalists of the Republic of Kazakhstan, was the moderator.     

The poet, the winner of the State award, the chairman of the Union of writers of Kazakhstan Ulukbek Esdaulet made a congratulatory speech and presented the author with the anniversary medal "30 years of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

At the creative evening with a report on life and work of Nagashybek Kapalbekovich doctor of philological sciences, Professor of Kazakh National University named after Abay Temirkhan Tebgenov.

The opening ceremony of the new books was attended by: the 10-volume collection "Zhambyl Zhabayev" and 30-volume collection "Zhambyl alemi" - Bakhytamal Ospanova, Ulugbek Esdaulet, Askerbek Abayev, Serikbay Nurgisaev, Nurlan Ertas; the novel "Kek" - Nurdaule Akish, Khangeldy Abzhanov, Musabek Alibekov. In the book "Zher zhuregi" - Kuandyk Tyumenbay, Tahir Balykbayev, Altynbek Petrazbayev.

The event was also addressed by: a famous historian, an academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Historical Sciences Khangeldy Abzhanov; Professor of the Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi, Doctor of Historical Sciences, public figure Askerbek Abaev; an academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bereket Karibaev; chief research officer of the Auezov Institute of Literature and Art, Doctor of Philology, honored worker of Kazakhstan, writer Nurdaulet Akysh and others.

At the evening there were congratulations and telegrams from Turkey, Uzbekistan, Chuvashia, as well as from the rector of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

Also, within the framework of the event, the soloists of the ensemble "Suyinbay sazy" performed: Anuar Sembayev and Nurtay Esbolat with the song "Bir el bolsa" and Aizhan Nusupzhanova with the song "Algys".

As part of the event, the book exhibition "Zhyr alyby Zhambyl" and "Zhambyltanushy, kalamger, kairatker" from the collection of the National Library of Kazakhstan was organized.

Participants in the evening: representatives of creative and scientific intellectuals, public figures, poets and writers, literary critics, zhambylologists, as well as media representatives.
