On the 25th of January the well-known writer Kauandyk Humenbai presented a new book "Sayabaktagy Classicaly auen" to the fund of the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The author, in this work, addressed to book lovers, tells in a fascinating language about the changes in the way of life and the transformation of the Kazakh nation during the period of independence. The book includes stories about Kazakh youth who participated in the Afghan war and in the construction of the Baikal-Amur Mainline, as well as the fate of participants in the December 1986 events. These historical facts from the life of Kazakh people are reflected through the emotional experiences and the images of the heroes of this book.
