On March 11 in the hall named after N.Dauletova passed a round table dedicated to the prominent public and statesman, doctor of law, professor and academian of the National Academy of Sciences of Kazakhstan Salyk Zimanov.
Salyk Zimanov is a promonent public figure and statesman, doctor of laws, professor and academian of the National Academy of Scirnces of Kazakhstan.
In the Hall of Dissertations there is a permanently open access information stand about the life and works of S.Zimanov, his scientific works, research, monographs, electronic publications, database of documents from periodicals. Researces have the ooportunity to obtain legal information, access to databases of dissertations of the Russian State Library.
For outstanding services in the field of science he was elected an academican of the National Academy of Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (1967), a Laureate of the Presidental Prize of Peace and Spiritual Accord (1993), the State Prize of Kazakhstan (2002). He was awarded 2 Orders of the Patriotic War of the 1st degree, Order of the Rer Star, Parasat (2002).
The whole life of Academican Salyk Zimanov is an integral part of the past, present and future of the Kazakh people, a symbol of the continuity of traditions and the unbreakable bond of generations, who made a significant contribution to the development and establishment of the rule of law.
The event included the presentation of a biobibliographical index, devoted to the life and scientific activities of Salyk Zimanov, prepared by the National Bibliography Service of the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The moderator of the event was Professor Gizatulla Khaimoldaevich Khalidullin, Doctor of History.
The event was attended by: Murat Sabituly, Doctor of Philosophy, professor; Alua Ibraeva and Bakhytzhan Kuandykov professors of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University; Zaure Sakieva, associate professor of the Kazakh National Agrarian University, as well as students of the Kurmanagazy Conservatory.
