On the 19th of April in the N. Dauletova Hall there was a round table on the topic: International March of Peace and Harmony "Europe-Asia" in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia and Georgia.

Organizer: Executive Committee of the International Marches of Peace and Reconciliation supported by the Ministry of Information and Public Development, the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Department of Internal Policy of the Almaty Akimat.

The main objectives of the March: strengthening the positive image of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the countries on the route of the March in the international community, support for public policy of creative change in the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia and Georgia, in order to strengthen the unity of the people of these states, the call for peace of religions and the harmony of peoples, mutual exchange of cultural heritage achievements and creativity in the framework of the UNESCO "10 years of rapprochement of cultures", expansion of constructive interethnic and interreligious dialogue, development of interreligious dialogue, the development of inter-ethnic and interreligious dialogue in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The event was opened by Yusupova Azhar Khamitovna, Deputy Director for Library Work of the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The moderator was Ruslan Shavkatovich Abdullin, Executive Director of the Peace and Reconciliation March, President of the Peace and Reconciliation Charitable Foundation, Director of the International Academy of Leadership and Rhetoric.

The event was addressed by: head of the secretariat of the ANC of Almaty Balgimbayev Nazar Albanovich; deputy of the Maslikhat Zhampeisov Kupesbai Orazbayevich; chairman of the Commission on Social Welfare of the Public Council of Almaty Baikova Zulfiya Mukhamedbekova; head of the Department of Science of the International Center for the Rapprochement of Cultures under the auspices of UNESCO Olzhas Omarovich Suleimenova Tolmachevo Valeriy. The following were elected: Zulfiya Mukhamedbekovna Baisakova; Valery Gennadievich Tolmachev, Head of the Science Department of the Olzhas Omarovich Suleimenov International Center for the rapprochement of cultures under the auspices of UNESCO; Nurlan Abdujapparov, representative of the March Executive Committee, member of the Almaty Public Council, Chairman of the Trustee Council of Kazbrend Fund, and others.

Ella Sunak performed crystal and Tibetan bowls at the event, and Amirbek Aknur also performed a composition on the prima kobyz instrument.
