On the 22nd of April, the Goethe-Institut Kazakhstan held an interactive fairy tale and quest for children as part of the "KITAP SHOY - 2022", dedicated to the World Book and Copyright Day.

The fairy tale of the German writers of the Brothers Grimm "Little Red Riding Hood" was shown on the screen with live pictures, while the head of the information and library department of Goethe - Institute Kazakhstan Kyzaybayeva Sh.E. and librarian Ashirova S. told the tale in the Kazakh language.

The quest game " The Easter Bunny" was held among the pupils of the 3rd grade of the Gymnasium No. 140 named after M. Makatev. M. Makatev.

Employees of the World Literature Service presented a virtual book exhibition "The collection of German books from the collection of the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan". A. Alkambay, a young specialist, gave a bibliographical review.

The event was attended by high school pupils of Almaty. Each participant received a book as a gift from the director of the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan B.K.Ospanova, as well as was presented letters of gratitude to the director of Goethe-Institute Kazakhstan Ms. Friederike van Stephoudt and the head of the information and library department Ms. Kizaybaeva Sholpan.
