On the 22nd of April in the hall named after N. Dauletova literary evening "Mukhtar Auezov's heritage and formation of patriotism" dedicated to the 125th anniversary of the great Kazakh writer M.O. Auezov was held.

Purpose: to popularize the work of the great writer, recognized by the world, propaganda to the younger generation.

The program of the literary evening included speeches by Kazakh writers: B. Junusbekov, winner of the International Literary Award "Alash"; N. Akish, candidate of philological sciences, winner of the International Zhabaev Award; journalist-writer K. Adyrbekuly; doctor of philological sciences, professor G. Pralieva; senior research officer of the scientific-cultural center "Auezov's House", S. Kolbaykyzy; actors of the Kazakh National Drama Theater named after M. Auezov and honored figures of the Republic of Kazakhstan A. Boranbay, Sh. Askarova and director A. Ospanbaeva. The literary event was held with the musical participation of students of the 3rd year of the Kazakh National Conservatory named after Kurmangazy - N. Ulyanbayev and A. Ospanbaeva. The students of the third year of the Kazakh National Conservatory named after Kurmangazy - N. Uzakbay and T. Muhanbetzhan, students of Koishybek secondary school of Yenbekshikazakh district and teachers G. Alpysbayeva, Zh. Smagulova.

During the event a video about the life and work of M.Auezov, the live voice of the writer, questions and answers, an excerpt from the film "Kokserek", memories of the plays played by the artists themselves were shown. The literary evening was finished with songs of Abay "Qaragy tunde tau kalkyp", "Tatyana's letter".

At the end of the evening, director Ospanova B.K. presented books with autographs of writers, as well as letters of thanks to the artists and participants in the event.
