A creative meeting of Suyundyk Serik, a well-known zhyrau, cultural figure, devoted to popularization of zhetysu poetic art "Onirlik zhyr mektebі - Ulttyk tarbienіn tamyry" will take place at 11.00 in the hall of religion and traditions on May 11, 2022.

Serik Suyundyk taught at the Tekes Art School in Raiymbek district in a traditional genre class and raised children for several years. Currently, he works in the District Department of Culture. He made a great contribution to the modernization of the school, popularizing the art of famous akyns-zhyrau, such as the legendary Kodek Akyn, Boltirik Atykhanuly, Kulanayak Kulmanbet, Sary Shuash in the region. This is the purpose of the workshops for children and students in Almaty region.

During the event Suyundyk Serik will familiarize participants with the initiated project, with the training program and the prospective work plan of the School of Arts.

Participants: poets-writers, poets of Raiymbek, Kegen, Uygur and Enbekshikazakh districts, media representatives and others.
