From November 15 to 19 there at the Russian state library in Moscow city took place the teaching of the young library specialists by the project “The educational collaboration of the libraries of the Commonwealth”, in which there participated the specialist of National library of the RK Rakhimova Aibarsha.  

The project is implemented by the Russian state library (the RSL) and the Federal agency for the affairs of the Commonwealth of Independent Countries, compatriots living abroad and by the international humanitarian cooperation (“Rossotrudnichestvo” Company).

The programme of the project included the practical studies by the themes

“The communication management: psychology of administration”, “The digital environment and the library”, “The innovation in the library: the business game,

the brainstorm”, and also the excursions around the Russian state library, the Russian state library for youth, the Russian state children’s library, around the House of Pashkov of the RSL and others.  

After finishing the correspondent and day department studies Rakhimova Aibarsha received the Certificates about heving gone through the studying by the additional professional programme of qualification upgrading.
