On April 2, the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan was visited by a delegation headed by Academician A. Akmataliev, director of the Ch. Aitmatov Institute of Language and Literature of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, in order to conduct research work «Aitmatov and Kazakhstan» for the publication of the «Aitmatov Encyclopedia».

During the visit, a meeting was held with the Director of the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Ospanova Bakytzhamal, where Abdyldazhan Akmataliyev presented unique books to the fund of the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
