On April 1, the collection «Saken Seifullin and Folklore» about the outstanding Kazakh poet and writer Saken Seifullin, who made an invaluable contribution to the formation of Kazakh literature, was transferred to the fund of the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The monograph analyzes in detail the folklore motifs used in the poet's poems and integrated into Kazakh literature.

The collection was donated by the professor of the Faculty of Philology and World Languages of al-Farabi Kazakh National University Buldybai Anarbai Sagiuli and is the ninth book in the series «Syrsandyk».
