On October 15, 2019, the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan held an award ceremony for librarians in the southern capital in honor of October 15 - the Day of Libraries in Almaty.

On the solemn evening the director of the National library of the RK Bakhytzhamal Kairbekovna Ospanova awarded the heads of the Republican scientific and technical library, the Republican library for the blind and visually impaired citizens, the Centralized library system of Almaty with the badges "Kitaphana isinin ardageri" and "Kitaphana isininin uzdigi".

The president of JSC «Republican Scientific-Technical Library» Urmurzina Kama Gazizovna, director of the Republican library for the blind and visually impaired Bayuzakov Askhat Kusainovich, director of the Centralized Library System of Almaty Kabieva Roza Kassymbekovna is among the awarded.                   

Also at the Gala evening Director of the National Library of the RK Ospanova Bakhytzhamal Kairbekovna awarded the workers of the Republican library for the blind and visually impaired citizens, the Republican Scientific and Technical Library, the Central Scientific Library " Gylym ordasy" of the National Library of the RK, the Centralized Library System of Almaty and the National Library of the RK with the Certificate of Merit of the National Library of the RK.

Among them are the deputy director of the Republican Library for the blind and visually impaired citizens Jumabekov Maksut Tainovich, programmer engineer Kuandyk Ablaykhan Ibrashevich, librarian Argynbekova Nazymgul Sakykovna, editors of Braille books: Myktybaev Alidin Zhumadilovich and Abdrakhmanova Zarina Zlaudinovna, vice-president for library works and innovations of the Republican Scientific and Technical Library Solovieva Irina Vladimirovna, director of the Center for work with special types of technical literature and documentation Omarkhan Kaliman Rakhmatilyaevna, director of the Center of patent-information work Mukanova Amina Mukhametkalievna, Kasenova Karlygash Erbolovna, the head librarian of the department of acquisition and stock control, scientific processing and organization of catalogs of the Central Scientific Library "Gylym ordasy" of the National library of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Rakhimbaeva Akerke Duysenkalievna, the head specialist of the department of automation of library technologies, Nurmagambetova Daria Umurgalievna, the main curator of the rare books, manuscripts and national literature.

In addition, the director of the National Library of the RK B.K.
