On December 22 the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan participated in a round table in the format of a video conference organized by the Elbassy of Kazakhstan in Armenia to celebrate the 175^th anniversary of the birth of Abay Kunanbayev.

The deputy director on information technologies and innovations of the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.A. Iskalieva in her speech noted the continuing importance of the spiritual and literary heritage of Abay. The participants of the round table were representatives of scientific institutions and organizations of Kazakhstan and Armenia.
