October 13, in Kokshetau, as part of the celebration of the 30th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the II Republican parade of arts "Salem, Yelorda!" were continued master classes on librarianship.

Ospanova Bakytzhamal Kairbekovna, Director of the National Library of the RK, Chairman of the Kazakhstan Library Union, conducted classes on the themes: "Activity of the Kazakhstan Library Union and development of libraries of Kazakhstan" and "The National Library of the RK - educational platform for professional development of librarians of the republic"; the head of the scientific-methodological service Makhanbetova Gulmira Abylaihanovna highlighted the theme "Normative-legal regulation of library activity of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
