the wide-spreading of Covid-19 and to call the people for unity and assistance for each other. The Chellenge is timed for the Holiday of May 1- the Day of unity of the people of Kazakhstan.

There in the reading hall of the Arts department is organized the book exhibition “Omirin onerimen ornektegen”, dedicated to the 115-th birthday of the well-known Kazakh composer, musical expert, pedagogue, conductor, public figure, people’s artiste of the Kazakh SSR, doctor of art-study, academician of the Academy of sciences of Kazakhstan Akhmet Kuanovich Zhubanov.

On April 28, 2021, specialists of the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan took part in the 3rd International Bibliographic Congress “Bibliographic information in digital culture”, which held in online format on the basis of State Public Scientific and Technical Library of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences (SPSTL SB RAS) in Novosibirsk.

On April 26 there at National library of the RK with the purpose of activation of further cooperation in the online format took place the meeting of director of National library of the RK B.K. Ospanova and the scientist-Orientalist, professor of the Kazakh university of International relations and world languages after Abylai khan, full member of the Academy of the Persian language and literature Safar Abdullo with the director of National library of the Islamic Republic of Iran Mrs. Ashraf Bruzherdi and the General consul of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Almaty city Mr. Mokhsen Fagani.

On April 23 there at National library of the Republic of Belarus took place in the distant format the scientific conference «The XVII-th International book-study readings», at which there made the report “The Russian Slavic book in the fond of are books and manuscripts of National library of the RK” the worker of the scientific-methodological service of National library of the RK A.L.
