Today, on the basis of military units 5571 and 3650 of the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan, named after the Hero of the Soviet Union, Guard Colonel Bauyrzhan Momyshuly, a traveling book exhibition «Kazakhstanis - heroes of the Great Victory» was held as part of the republican campaign «Eternal Glory to the Great Feat!» to mark the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory.

The exhibition is organized by the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The exhibition featured about two hundred books from the library's collections, as well as photographs of poets and writers who participated in the Great Patriotic War, from the archives of the famous photographer Sailau Pernebaev.

The exhibition was presented by the library employee, the famous alashаved Yeldos Tokhtarbai. During the event, soldiers of the military unit read Victory poems written by Kazakhstani poets and their own works. A military band performed military-themed songs.

During the exhibition, quizzes were held and the winners were given books as a gift.

The event was attended by soldiers and commanders of military units.
