XVII-XIX ghasyrlardagi keskindeme, graphics and cartography», «Nomadic civilization and European travelers. Painting, graphics and cartography of the 17th-19th centuries. Nomadic civilization and European travelers: painting, graphics and cartography from the 17th to 19th centuries» in Kazakh, English and Russian.

The books were published as part of a joint book project prepared by the Dosym Satpayev private cultural and educational foundation and the BonArt auction house represented by its founder Maxim Tkachenko with the participation of art critic Valeria Ibrayeva and researcher of nomadic culture Julia Gani.

The uniqueness of the project lies in the fact that it is based on an antique collection of fine art, which is located in Almaty. The authors of the works were travelers, diplomats, spies, merchants, exiles and missionaries from different countries and eras who crossed the Kazakh steppes on various missions, which helped in the further compilation of geographical maps.

These books lay the foundation for new discoveries related to the history of the Kazakhs and the Great Steppe.

The books will be of interest to anyone who is interested in the history of nomadic culture.
