On November 8, 2024, in the hall named after N. Dauletova of the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a presentation of the book by the writer, local historian, member of the Union of Writers of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Union of Journalists of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kenzhebek Serzhanuly «Er men el» was held.

This book is about famous people of Mangystau region who have made an invaluable contribution to the development of the country.

The event opened with congratulatory addresses from deputies of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Akim of the Mangystau region Kilybai Nurlaulet Igilikuly, Chairman of the Board of the Union of Writers of Kazakhstan Kulkenov Mereke Abdeshuly, which were read by poet, literary adviser Ualikhan Zhailau.

Also at the presentation were: professor of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, a prominent scientist who speaks Persian, Zhemeney Islam Akmuratuly; state and public figure Nabiyev Zhaugashty Zholanuly; wife of the famous scientist, literary critic Kabibolla Sydykova Gulshat Omarovna; Honored Worker of Kazakhstan, film director Asimov Sergey Zhumabayuly; chairman of the Republican Public Organization of the People's Council of the country, academician, Professor Zhasan Zekeyuly; Head of the local history sector of the Mangystau Regional Universal Library named afterKabibola Sydykova Tattigul Kuanbayeva.

A traveling book exhibition «Olkenin orren Kyrany» was organized for the event, prepared by the Mangystau Regional Universal Library named after Kabibolla Sydykov.
