On September 4, 2024, the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan hosted the Republican scientific and theoretical conference «Ana tilinin abyzy» dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, winner of the State prize named after Shokan Valikhanov, corresponding member of the Linguistic Society of Turkey «Dil Kurumu», doctor of philology, professor Rabiiga Syzdyk.

The purpose of the conference is to gather the scientific community, its students and followers, as well as to present to a wide range of scientists the scientific works of the outstanding academician of the NAS RK  in order to glorify the contribution of Rabi Syzdyk to Kazakh philology.

The moderator of the event is the independent Director of the Board of Directors of the NAS under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Philology, Professor Karimbek Kurmanaliev.

At the conference, the president of the NAS RK, academician Murat Zhurinov, rector of the Humanitarian University named after D. A. Kunaev, professor Jalairi Omirali, director of the Institute of Linguistics named after A. Baitursynov Anar Fazylzhan made a welcoming speech and wished success in the work of the conference.

Baitursynov Mankeeva Jamal «The process of development of the artistic world in the potential of the word»; academician of NAS RK, doctor of philology, professor Karimbek Kurmanaliyev «Problems of Academician R. Syzdyk and spelling»; doctor of philology, professor of the Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi Smagulova Guldarkhan «Academician R. Syzdyk on the language norm»; local historian Myrzabay Bekaristan made a report on the topics «Pride of the country»; doctor of philology, professor of the Kazakh National Women's teacher training University Yermekova Tynyshtyk «Degdar dilmar»; doctor of philology, associate professor of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University Zhubai Orynai «The problem of Alash studies in the works of Academician Rabiga Syzdyk».

Within the framework of the event, a book exhibition «Ana tilinin abyzy»  was organized from the funds of the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan, dedicated to the life and scientific heritage of R. Syzdyk.
