On May 4, 2024, the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan hosted the presentation of the textbook «Sakhshylyk omir sabagi» by Deputy Head of the Department of Criminal Law and Criminology of the Almaty Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after M. Esbulatov, police Colonel, poet Maimakov Aybolat Tleubaevich.

Director of the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan Ospanova Bakytzhamal Kairbekovna opened the event with a congratulatory speech, the event was moderated by poet Murathan Shokan.
Aybolat Tleubaevich's book «Sakhshylyk omir sabagi» contains significant works, reflections, poems and touching memoirs of the author, combining pedagogical activities to prepare industry specialists for police work. The work is a collection of works devoted to the basics of ethnopedagogy, national values and patriotism.
The book consists of 5 sections: «Polisia – el aybyny», «Ethnopedagogicanyn polisia kadrlaryn dayarlaudagi yerekshelikteri», «Ishki ister organdary ardagerlerin zhas kyzmetkerlerdin kalyptasuindagi roli», «Adamgershilik adamzat kundylyktaryn shyny», « Otan otbasynan bastalady».
A photo exhibition dedicated to the life and work of Aybolat Tleubaevich was organized as part of the event.
In addition, 5 copies of this book were donated to the fund of the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
