On June 20, 2024, in the R.Berdigalieva Library Science Hall, specialists of the Scientific and Methodological Service conducted a bibliographic review of new arrivals of professional publications for employees of the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan and students of al-Farabi Kazakh National University undergoing practical training.

The purpose of the review is to improve the professional skills of library staff, to get acquainted with innovative projects and modern technologies in the work of Kazakh and Russian libraries, to attract librarians to regularly familiarize themselves with professional publications.⠀

The event was attended and reviewed by: head of the Scientific and Methodological Service G.A. Makhanbetova, librarians A.T. Tursynkhanova, K.M. Altynbek, S.N. Abdirali, Zh.S. Nurymbaeva.                                     

Within the framework of the event, a game «Dostyk Alakany» was held for students in their specialty, and questions were asked about the review information, books were presented to active participants.
