On June 19, 2024, in the O.Zhandosov Hall, specialists of the «Kazakhstan Kitaptary» Service conducted a bibliographic review of new arrivals of books for employees, students and readers of the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The purpose of the review is to familiarize with the new literature received during the half–year in the fund of the «Kazakhstan Kitaptary» Service in various fields of knowledge and fiction.

The event was attended and reviewed by: Head of the Service J.A.Barmanasheva, head of the group K.N. Kasymbekova and librarians A.N.Kashaganova, G.T. Alakushukova, G.M. Mamytova, A.Syrgabaeva, E.O. Ergesh, J.A. Gulnara, A. Tolykbaeva.

As part of the event, an intellectual game was held based on the information presented in the bibliographic review. Prizes were awarded to active participants.

The information for the 2nd and 3rd year students of al-Farabi Kazakh National University who attended the review turned out to be useful and interesting.

At the end of the event, the reader of the U.Sultangazin Scientific Hall, PhD Dr. Zhanabyl Zhiger expressed his recognition and gratitude to the staff of the Kazakhstan Kitaptary Service and specialists of the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
