August 29, 2019 in the hall named after N. Dauletova of the National Library of the RK Ministry of Culture and Sports of the RK held the annual round table "Constitutional values and ways of their implementation in the legislation and law enforcement practice of Kazakhstan", dedicated to the Day of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan (III-August readings).

Welcoming speech was made by Nurgazy Abenovich Abdikanov, the chairman of the Almaty City Court, who congratulated the participants with the Constitution Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan - August 30. Also the head of the Almaty department of religious affairs Esenbekov Aidar Rakhimzhanovich and the deputy director of the National Library of the RK on information technologies and innovations Iskalieva Nuriya Amangalievna spoke.

Participants of the round table made reports on the theme: "Constitutional values and ways of their implementation in the legislation and law enforcement practice of Kazakhstan.

During the event, the head of the service "Exhibitions and Cultural Programs" Zh. A. Abdikerimova introduced the participants of the event with a book exhibition "The Almaty City Court is 50 years old", organized from the collection of the National Library.

The event was attended by intellectuals, employees of the National Library, readers and media representatives.
