On October 28 there in the Hall of the Literary academy within the framework of the 30-th anniversary of Independence of Kazakhstan took place the hour of poetry “Otanym – otty zhyrym”.

The activity was opened by the well-known poet, member of the Writers’ Union of Kazakhstan Muratkhan Shokan. He told the audience about the work and development of the Hall of the Literary academy at National library of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

There spoke: the head of the kindergarten №187 of Almaty city Farida Omirbekova, the leader of the poetical club of the Almatinskiy college of the railroad transport Kuanyshbek Talshyn, the librarian of the city library of the Nauryzbaiskiy district of Almaty city Lyazzat Isabayeva. There at the evening of poetry sounded the verses of the young poets, participants of the club “Zhas kalam”, the lovers of poetry, the creative youth – Bakhytgul Tursynbayeva, Daniyar Sauletzhanuly, Akbota Yryskeldy, Zhanibek Seyilkazy, Zarina Polatbek, Nurshat Ulykhan. Each participant of the evening received as a gift the book of Abai “Kara sozder”. There for the guests of the evening was carried out the excursion around the library. The participants of the activity were the pupils of the schools of the Enbekshikazakhskiy, Panfilovskiy districts of the Almatinskaya region, the students of the Almatinskiy college of the railroad transport, of the Almatinskiy state college of energetic and electronic technologies.
