On November 18 National library of the RK participated in the V-th International Congress of Reading named “The reading nation in the digital epoch and the epoch of global changes”, organized by National academic library of the RK within the format of the video-conference on the ZOOM platform.

There in the activity participated the President of the International Federation of library associations and institutions (IFLA) Christine MacCenzie, the representatives of the National libraries of the People’s Republic of China, Russia, the United Arabic Emirates, Latvia and other countries.
