On October 28, 2020 there in the hall after N.Dauletova of National library of the RK of the Ministry of culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan took place the working council of the Kazakhstani Library Union, dedicated to the 110-th anniversary of the creation of National library of the Republic of Kazakhstan. There within the framework of the council took place the solemn opening of the Museum of history of National library of the RK.

Director of National library of the RK, chairperson of the Kazakhstani Library Union Ospanova Bakytzhamal Kayirbekovna, head of the Service of acceptance, control and acquisition of the Fond Izambekova Kanshayim Musayevna, head of the Service of reference-informational servicing Rakhimova Anar Karipbayevna, head of the Service for servicing the building Meirasheva Nurkamal Anashbayevna cut the ribbon.

The head of the group of the Service of rare books and manuscripts Bekturbekova Fatima Kuralbekovna acquainted the present people with the museum exhibits which narrate about the history and development of the National library.
