On January 27, 2020 at 11:00 hours there at the National library of the RK took place the opening of the photo-exhibition “Incredible India: enchanting multiple-form culture”, organized by the Embassy of India in Kazakhstan and also the book exhibition “The pearl of India” from the fond of National library of the RK. The photo-exhibition took place within the framework of the activity of the Book corner of India at the National library of the RK.
There at the activity spoke: deputy director of National library of the RK Azhar Yussupova, deputy head of the Representation of the MFA of the RK in Almaty city Ruslan Karabulov, Representative of the Embassy of India in Kazakhstan Mr. Radju Balakrishnan and marketing assistant Azamat Seitkhamit.
The students from the faculty of Oriental studies of the KazNU after Al-Farabi read the verses in the Hindi language.
Out of the fond National library of the RK and the Book corner of India there was also organized the book exhibition named “The pearl of India” at which there was presented the history and culture of India in the Kazakh, Russian, Hindi and English languages.
There at the opening of the photo-exhibition also participated: the consul of the General consulate of India in Almaty city Mr. Martin Cyriac Clemense , the teachers and students of the KazNU after Al-Farabi, the pupils of the specialized school-lyceum №92 after M.Gandhi, the workers and readers of the library.
