The National library of the Republic Kazakhstan and the Autonomous non-commercial organization “The National informational-library centre LIBNET” concluded the agreement on the preferential subscription for the periodical electronic edition “The joint catalogue of the libraries of Russia”.

   The NLRK buys the informational products of the periodical electronic edition “The Joint Catalogue of the Libraries of Russia” established at the LIBNET web-server by the address: http://www.nilc.ru. The lending of the records solves such tasks like: the creation of the etalon bibliographical record for the Russian editions that came to the NLRK; the reduction of the total financial expenditures of the NLRK for the cataloguing of the editions due to the lending of the bibliographical records from the JCLR.
