On March 26, 2025, librarian of the National Bibliography Service, Candidate of Historical Sciences A.L. Krivkov, took part in the online Round Table «Preserving the historical memory of the libraries of the CIS countries during the Great Patriotic War» with a report on the topic: «The Pushkin State Public Library of the Kazakh SSR during the Great Patriotic War».

The round table was held as part of the annual international conference «Science, Technology and Information in Libraries» (Libway – 2025), which has been taking place since March 24 in Novosibirsk. The conference was organized by the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the State Public Scientific and Technical Library of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Russian Library Association, the Siberian Association for the Support and Development of Academic Libraries (SAAL), and the Office of the State Archival Service of the Novosibirsk Region. Among the invited foreign guests are scientists, specialists in the field of library and archival science from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Armenia, Tajikistan, and Belarus. The conference program includes numerous sections, seminars, exhibitions, and excursions. The conference will conclude its work on March 28.
