Director of the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Chairman of the Kazakhstan Library Union Ospanova Bakhytzhamal Kairbekovna, Director of the National Academic Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nurgalieva Gaziza Kudaibergenkyzy and Head of the Electronic Resources Management Service Zhakupova Aitoty took part in the founding meeting of the conference of Directors of National Libraries of Turkic-speaking countries.

B.Ospanova took part in the presentation of the book «Taskyn», translated into Azerbaijani by Secretary General TURKSOY, People's Writer of Kyrgyzstan Sultan Raev. The book was published as part of a joint project of the International Foundation for Turkic Culture and Heritage and the Ministry of Culture of Azerbaijan.

President of the International Foundation for Turkic Culture and Heritage Raimkulova Aktoty, Minister of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan Adil Kerimli, President of the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan Isa Gabibbeyli, Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to Azerbaijan Maksat Mamytkanov, People's Writer of Azerbaijan Chingiz Abdullayev made a congratulatory speech and shared their opinions about the book «Taskyn».

R. Raimkulova noted in her speech: «We are publishing the 17th book prepared by the Foundation for International Turkic Culture and Heritage. One of the main goals of the foundation is to pass on to future generations the rich heritage of outstanding personalities of the Turkic peoples. The Foundation publishes books in the series «Outstanding personalities of the Turkic world», «Literary masterpieces of the Turkic world», «Scientific masterpieces of the Turkic world». The event was attended by members of the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan, deputies, scientists and cultural figures, and media representatives.
