On January 30, 2019 in the hall named after Dauletova the book presentation of the poet, Honored Worker of Culture of the RK, deputy of Talgar district maslikhat Abdygani Bezilkhanuly "Kumis ozen kumbiri" took place.

Abdigani Bezilhanuly was born in 1969 in Togyztaru district of Xinjiang national autonomous region of the PRC. In 2004 he moved to his historical homeland. He is a winner of the Silver Medal of the State Art Festival of the PRC "Shokzhuldyz".

The first book of A. Bezilkhanuly, known for his aytys, contains poems on various topics.

The event was attended by Doctor of Philological Sciences Temirkhan Tebgenov, Secretary of the Talgar District Maslikhat Zhumakhan Enkebayuly, Deputy Akim of Talgar District Darmeniyar Algatbekuly, literary scholar Omarali Adilbekuly, poets Dauletbek Baitursynuly, Kayrat Kulmukhametuly and Bakhyt Zhagyparovich, writer and journalist Zhanarbek Ashimzhan and other public figures.

Journalist Zharkyn Salenuly moderated the event. As part of the event, a book exhibition dedicated to the life and work of A. Bezilkhanuly was organized.
