On June 12, 2019, the presentation of the book "ABAY.FUTURE OF KAZAKHSTAN AND THE WORLD CIVILIZATION" in Kazakh, Russian and English of the famous scientist, public figure and academician, laureate of the RK State Prize Orazaly Sabden took place in the hall named after N. Dauletova.

The event was opened by the director of the National Library of RK Ospanova Bakytzhamal Kairbekovna and gave the floor to the moderator of the event, doctor of economic sciences, professor, academician of NAS RK, director of the Institute of Economics Satybaldin Azimkhan Abilkairovich.

Representatives of the intelligentsia: Uakhit Shalekenov, Oraz Baimuratov, Halyk Abdullaev, Sofy Smataev, Sagyndyk Satybaldin and Osman Asyly Alievna held a book presentation.

The author Orazaly Sabden gave several copies of his book to the golden fund of the National Library. In addition, he spoke in detail and acquainted the guests of the event with the general structure of the book.

This book covers about ten conceptual ideas and projects of the academician, designed for the transition to the 7th Formation, the world civilization. The book consists of 3 sections. 1. Contribution of Abay's worldview to the transition of Kazakhstan to a new civilization (outlined in 15 addresses by the author). Including the implementation of Abay's philosophical teachings "Tolyk adam" (Part I). 2. Brief information about historical personalities (30) who made a significant contribution to the development of the Turkic empire. The idea of a breakthrough in the revival of the Turkic world, its mechanisms. Art panorama "History of Turkic peoples" (Part II). 3. Great persons who gave impulse to the world civilization (70 persons by continents, Part III). 4. Evolutionary development and transition to the 7th formation of integration-innovation society in 8 priority directions of world civilization (world religions, philosophy, science and NTP, passionarity, state structure, civil society, cultural renaissance).

As part of the event, a book exhibition dedicated to the life and work of Orazali Sabdena was arranged from the library collection.

The event was attended by well-known public figures, intellectuals, readers of the library and representatives of the media.
