On March 14 National library of the RK together with the Almatinskiy city affiliate of the Republican public association “The All-national movement against corruption “Zhanaru” carried out the seminar “The legal culture as the main condition for the minimization of corruption in society” in the Almatinskiy state college of modern technologies.

The purpose of the seminar is the trend of work for the formation within the pupils of anticorruption world outlook.

There at the seminar spoke deputy director for informational technologies and innovations of National library of the RK Iskaliyeva Nuriya Amangaliyevna by the theme “The role of National library of the Republic of Kazakhstan – the leading informational and educational centre of the country, in the issues of prophilactics of corruption”.

The participants of the seminar became acquainted with the methods of inculcation into the study process of the principles of respectability, honesty and zero tolerance to corruption manifestations and got the theoretical knowledge about the basics of upbringing of respectability and honesty, the correlation of the level of ethical culture with the wide-spreading of corruption in society. The carrying out of such activities has the great development and upbringing significance.

There within the framework of the seminar were organized the book exhibitions “Basty ustanym – parasat pen senim” and “Nauryz – ulys, Nauryz – yrys!” from the fond of National library of the RKin which there were vplaced the normative-legal acts of the RK, dedicated to the fight with the wide-spreading of corruption in the country, the books and articles from the magazines and collections about the measures undertaken by the state in the fight with this phenomenon, and also the encyclopaedias, the cognitive books narrating about the history of the celebration of Nauryz meiramy, the traditions and rites of the Kazakh people, the national yurta, the national meals etc. The head of the Service “Kazakstan kitaptary” Rakhimova Anar Karipbayevna and the specialist Kumysbek Nesibeli acquainted the pupils and the teachers of the college with the given exhibition.

From the exchange-reserve fond of National library of the RK there were donated the bibliographical indices and fiction literature.
